Parkland Ambulance responded to a report of an unconscious woman who was unconscious and not breathing at a residence in the 700 block of 12th Street West around 1:30am on Wednesday.

Prince Albert Police officers were called and a 31-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation continues and the public can expect to see officers on the scene for the rest of the day. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday morning.
