Saskatoon Police have arrested a 15 year old girl in connection to the investigation of a disturbance which resulted in a stabbing early this morning (Thurs). Around 12:45, officers responded to the 900 block of Argyle Avenue about a disturbance between two people known to each other.

When officers arrived, the two had already gone, but a short time later, police were dispatched to the same address for a report of an injured person. Police say a 17-year-old girl was stabbed by a 15-year-old teen from the earlier dispute. The older girl was taken to hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. The 15-year-old is charged with assault with a weapon. She also had two outstanding warrants.
