Three police vehicles damaged but no one injured as Saskatoon Police made arrests Sunday for drug trafficking.
Police believe the two people arrested were allegedly shooting drugs over the fence of the Saskatoon Provincial Correctional Centre.
The incident unfolded in the 35-hundred block of Millar Avenue. Police say during the arrest the suspects tried to flee the scene in a van colliding with three police vehicles.
A man and woman, aged 18 and 29 respectively, face numerous trafficking and possession charges and the woman is also charged with trying to evade police and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Police seized 28 grams of cannabis, 3 grams of cannabis shatter, 7 grams of crystal meth and a potato gun cannon.
