The Saskatoon Police Service says the Serious Assault Unit and Patrol officers are investigating after receiving several reports that a gun was shot and a person injured this morning (Fri). Around 11 o’clock, officers responded to the 1500 block of 20th Street West and when they arrived, they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects have not been located and the investigation continues. Anyone who may have witnessed this, or anyone who may have video evidence, including from a security camera, is asked to contact the police.
