Swift Current Rural RCMP executed a search warrant in Webb in February and reported seizing 34 firearms, about a thousand rounds of ammunition, 19 grams of meth and a sum of cash.  A warrant has been issued for 50-year-old Ryan Barsness from Webb. He is facing nine charges including unsafe storage of firearms, possession of a loaded restricted firearm and possession of a weapon obtained by crime.

He is described as about 5’5” and 180 pounds with blue eys and brown hair. He has a scar on high right eyebrow and is known to travel to the Regina area. If you see him or know where he is, you are asked to contact the RCMP or submit an anonymous tip through Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers. There is no picture of him at this time.
