The CP Holiday Train rolls into Saskatoon tonight. 33rd Street at 7th Avenue will be closed starting at 6 p.m. to make way for the festive event which is scheduled to last 3 hours.
The free concert features Scott Helman and Madeline Merlo. This is the 21st year for the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train as they raise money, food and awareness for local food banks.
You are asked to provide a non-perishable food item when you attend the concert. The Holiday Train has now raised more than 15.8 million dollars and collected 4.5 million pounds of food since its first journey in 1999.
