A Saskatoon man is facing charges in connection to two investigations. The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit has charged 23-year-old Norman Joshua Bignall, Jr. with 2 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of making it available. The investigation began last November, and a search warrant was executed at a Saskatoon home in March.

Unrelated to the ICE Unit charges, Bignall is also charged with 2 counts of sexual assault and 2 counts of an indecent act in connection to a Saskatoon Police investigation. Police say there were three incidents at businesses in the 200 block of 1st Avenue South and 100 block of 3rd Avenue North on April 30th. Officers were told a man had been exposing himself in public and had inappropriately touched two women. He was released from custody on numerous conditions until his next court appearance on May 17th.
