Saskatchewan RCMP say the eight-year-old boy from Thunder Bay who was the subject of an amber alert in Ontario, believed to be with a 28-year-old man, has been located. The child is safe and the man remains in police custody. The two were found last night in a rural area outside of Thunder Bay. The 28-year-old is charged with abduction, forcible confinement and breach of a release order. The Saskatchewan RCMP were involved because the man is from Prince Albert and it was thought he might be heading there.
