Coronach RCMP is requesting public assistance in locating missing 11-year-old Devin Thompson of the Readlyn, Saskatchewan area.

Devin was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. yesterday at a rural property near Readlyn. At that time, he was wearing a hooded light brown denim jacket that goes down to his knees and black rubber boots with green soles. Devin is approximately 4 ft tall with light brown hair and brown eyes. A photo of him is attached.

Efforts to locate Devin began immediately upon receiving the report that he was missing and have been ongoing throughout the night. Officers are currently on scene conducting ground searches in the area approximately 2 miles west of the 36 Highway and 8 miles south of Crane Valley, SK. Saskatchewan RCMP Police Dog Services and Search and Rescues Teams are assisting. Patrols in and around the area continue.
