A man charged with second degree murder in the death of Byron Bear is wanted by Prince Albert Police. Twenty-six-year-old Jackson Henry is the fifth person to be charged and investigators aren’t anticipating any further arrests. He is described as 5’7′, brown hair and eyes with a small tattoo behind his left ear and a tattoo on his right forearm.
On December 6th of 2021, Prince Albert police responded to a report of gun shots in the 300 block of 9th Street East and found evidence of a serious assault, but no victim and the next day Byron Bear was reported missing. Bear’s remains were discovered February 10th of last year in a rural area near Hague. Twenty-three-year-old Raine Farrow was arrested on February 7th, then 37-year-old Kyle Burns on the 10th and 29-year-old Riley Primeau on the 16th.
The fourth person charged was 30-year-old Daniel Oliver on March 3rd of 2022.
