The Provincial Teacher Bargaining Conciliation Board has been set up.

Fay Humbert will represent the Teacher’s Bargaining Committee while the representative for the Government and Trustees is Janet Foord.

Arne Pelz is the chair.

Teachers requested the board of conciliators almost a month ago as negotiations continue.
The board is tentatively scheduled to meet in late January and mid-March

Both sides have made public statements during often acrimonious bargaining but the government says there will be a news blackout between January 17th and 25th.
