A 33-year-old woman died Wednesday afternoon near the University of Saskatchewan. She was on her bicycle when she was hit by a concrete truck and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The fatal collision at the intersection of College Drive and Wiggins Avenue occurred at 4 p.m. and traffic restrictions in the area were lifted by 10:30 p.m. last night.

Further traffic restrictions are not expected, the collision reconstructionist have concluded their on-scene investigation.
