This is a very exciting week in Saskatchewan. The first satellite ever made in the province has been completed and is scheduled for launch aboard a SpaceX rocket to the International Space Station on June 3, where it will be deployed into orbit.
This project was put together by the U of S Space Team at University of Saskatchewan, and Jerad spoke with one of the project managers, Arliss Sidloski. He asked her about details on the project, how the team feels knowing their hard work will be launched into orbit, and what this means for the future of aerospace science in the province.
