It was 21 years ago, just before noon on June 9th of 2002 the Saskatoon Police responded to a basement apartment in the 100 block of Avenue U South and found 43 year old Rizalino Cajuguiran dead. His autopsy determined he had been the victim of a homicide from blunt force trauma and that investigation remains open. Anyone with information on his death is asked to contact the police or Crime Stoppers.
