A Tuesday evening traffic stop executed by Prince Albert Police Service patrol officers resulted in a 26-year-old Prince Albert man being arrested and charged with possession of stolen property and several firearms offences.
At about 10 p.m. on June 27, P-A Police conducted the traffic stop in the 500 block of 19th Street West in relation to a Traffic Safety Act investigation. The investigation led police to find and seize a modified shotgun, ammunition and .22-calibre firearm (pictured above and below). The accused 26-year-old man made his first appearance Wednesday in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
