SaskTel says Kindersley and Melfort now have faster data speeds, with its 5G network now available in these communities.
A news release from the Crown Corporation says in the future, 5G will include massive network capacity and ultra-low latency.
SaskTel says the continued expansion of 5G and fibre networks is a direct result of the investments it is making, with a commitment of more than $1.6 billion for capital projects across the province over the next five years.
