About 94 grams of cocaine wrapped up into around 150 portions is off the street after a Yorkton RCMP investigation, with assistance from the Yorkton RCMP Municipal General Investigation section and Yorkton Saskatchewan Trafficking and Response Team.
Late July, search warrants were executed as part of an ongoing investigation into illicit drug trafficking in the area.
Along with the cocaine, officers report that a large sum of cash was also seized.

Five people were arrested – a 33-year-old man and 28-year-old woman from Yorkton, and 19-year-old man and two boys, 17 and 16 years old from Edmonton.
They are each charged with trafficking cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000.
