A 25-year-old man was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning in Prince Albert, but his apprehension by the Prince Albert Police Service’s Canine Unit is the subject of an investigation by the Saskatchewan Serious Incident Response Team (SIRT).
Around 3 a.m. on August 29, the Prince Albert Police Service says their officers witnessed a man operating a motorcycle in a dangerous manner in the 400 block of River Street East.
