Saskatoon Police say a woman who died last night was a homicide victim.

Police were called to the 1100 block of St. Paul’s Place around 10:20 p.m. after receiving a report that a woman inside appeared injured.

The woman was taken to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries a short time later. No name is being released at this time.

Detectives from the Major Crime and Forensic Identification Sections are investigating.
