Saskatchewan RCMP are reporting two fatal accidents this past weekend.
Around 9:30 Saturday night, Carrot River RCMP were alerted about a utility terrain vehicle rollover in the RM of Moose Range. Emergency crews responded and a 25-year-old man from Warman, who was a passenger, was declared dead at the scene. The driver and a second passenger were taken to hospital for assessment.
Then Sunday morning around 7, RCMP responded to a single vehicle rollover on Range Road 3272, south of the Hamlet of Lone Rock, which is about 48 kilometres southwest of Maidstone. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 24-year-old man from Lashburn, was declared dead at the scene.
In both cases, the investigation is ongoing.
