A 29-year-old Prince Albert man has been arrested, charged and faced multiple charges in court in relation to a number of armed robberies in the city over the past several weeks.

Nap McCallum is facing two counts each of robbery with a firearm, possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm, carry a concealed weapon plus single charges of disguise with intent, fail to comply with release order and fail to comply with a court order.

In addition, an extensive investigation by Prince Albert Police Patrol Division, Proactive Policing Unit and the Forensic Identification Section arrested McCallum on outstanding warrants with additional charges of carry a concealed weapon, resist arrest and fail to comply with a release order.

The Prince Albert Police Service news release says they are continuing to investigate several violent offences over the past month in Prince Albert.
