Meadow Lake RCMP have released a final update on a September 27th fire that claimed the life of one person.

The fire was in a residence located about 45 kilometres southeast of Meadow Lake.

The Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service has identified the victim as being an adult woman. Her family has been advised and since there is no indication of suspicious circumstances related to her death or the fire, no further information will be released.
