The Saskatchewan Roughriders are taking nine defensive linemen with them to Calgary for Friday’s all-important C-F-L game with the Stampeders.
Demarcus Christmas and Bryan Cox Junior are returning from injury to the D Line, two of four players drawing into the Green and White line-up that weren’t on it last week against Hamilton. The other two are Trumaine Washington, starting at cornerback in place of William Poole III, who was released, along with linebacker Jaylen Moody making his Riders’ debut with injuries sidelining Derrick Moncrief and T-J Brunson. The 6-10 Roughriders can clinch a playoff spot with a win Friday night over the 4-11 Stampeders.
