The BULL is proud to partner with SaskTIP as we try to solve their “Crime of the Month”. The November Crime of the Month is “Bird Massacre”. On October 16, Saskatoon conservation officers responded to a TIPP hotline call and discovered 142 dead migratory birds dumped on private land near Patience Lake, southeast of Saskatoon. The edible meat had been left to waste, which is both a provincial and federal offence, and the individuals involved did not have permission to access the property.
