Back in January, the Saskatchewan RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement and Supprestion Team was looking for a 45-year-old man, wanted for being unlawfully at large and that search continues. Police believe Willard Bear is in the Big River First Nation area. If you see him, RCMP advise not to approach him and instead call the police. Bear is described as 6′ and 165 lbs. He has black hair, sometimes worn shaved, and brown eyes. He wears glasses and may have a beard.
