The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 3100 block of 37th Street West early Sunday morning.
Around 1:19am, crews found the house fully engulfed in flames, and a person trapped in the backyard.
The person was able to be brought to the front of the property, and no injuries were reported.
The fire was brought under control just before 2:00am. Investigators determined the fire started inside the attached garage, and damage is estimated at $450,000.
