An adult female has been arrested, but not charged as of yet by Pelican Narrows RCMP following a shooting incident in the early hours of Thursday morning in Pelican Narrows.

At about 2:10 a.m. Thursday morning, Pelican Narrows RCMP received a report of shots fired and located two injured individuals, who were both taken to hospital. A teenage male had injuries described as serious in nature while a teenage female had injuries described as non-life-threatening. Saskatchewan RCMP’s General Investigation Section and Forensic Identification Services are assisting with the continuing investigation with a note that if the investigation determines an imminent risk to public safety, a notification will be issued immediately.
