The Grand Slam of Curling’s World Financial Group Masters event continues today and runs through Sunday at Merlis Belsher Place on the USask campus. The third Grand Slam of Curling event of the 2023-24 season features 16 of the top women’s teams and 16 of the top men’s teams from around the world. Both gender divisions will be split into four pools of four teams each with teams crossing over to play four games against teams in an opposing pool. The top eight teams overall, following preliminary round play, will advance to the playoffs tomorrow and Sunday. Today’s final day of preliminary play has draws at 8 and 11:30 a.m., 3:30 and 7:30 p.m.
