10 people were taken into custody as part of a drug trafficking investigation in Saskatoon.
Around 5 p.m. Sunday, members of the Tactical Support Unit and Patrol officers entered a home, with a search warrant, in the 400 block of Avenue G South where they say 10 people ranging in age from 19 to 39, were either inside or were taken into custody while leaving.
Police allege a 30 year old man had hundred of dollars in cash and a scale while a 39 year old woman was found with hydromorphone. Neither guns or other drugs were found but officers did retrieve ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
Of the 10 arrested, one person was released without charges. Everyone else is facing a variety of charges connected to other investigations or they were wanted for either outstanding warrants or breach of court conditions.
