Saskatoon Police responded to an armed robbery at a convenience store just after 8:30 this morning in the 3700 block of Diefenbaker Drive. Officers were told three males with a firearm and metal rod entered, assaulted an employee, and fled with cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of cash. Anyone with information or video evidence is asked to contact the police or leave an anonymous tip through Saskatoon Crime Stoppers.
