The RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team (WEST) located a man wanted in connection with a violent incident last October.

On January 17th, a public advisory was issued asking for assistance in finding 30-year-old Michael Roberts. He was arrested at a residence on the Montreal Cree Nation on Tuesday and made his first court on Wednesday.

Roberts was wanted by RCMP for charges laid in relation to multiple serious offenses involving firearms and serious assaults in the Montreal Lake area between June 2023 and January 2024.
