A 49-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in Lethbridge last Wednesday and transferred to Saskatoon. He has been charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

Last year, two men were arrested and charged with the death of Darren Greschuk in July 2006.  A 48-year-old BC man was charged with second degree murder and a 45-year-old Saskatoon man was charged with manslaughter.

Greschuk, who was 31 years old, was shot by an intruder who entered his home on Avenue J South and demanded money. His wife managed to hide until officers arrived. Greschuk died from his injuries in hospital two weeks later.
