Indigenous youth from across Canada are at the RCMP Academy Depot Division in Regina. They are there for a Youth Leadership Workshop. The grades 9 to 12 students are learning how they can help keep their communities safe. Each is accompanied by an RCMP mentor from their community. Each of the participants is developing an action plan to help address a youth crime or victimization issue. When they go home, they will implement the plan with support from their local RCMP detachment. The workshop wraps up on Saturday,
