More job action has been announced by the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation. On Friday, teachers will not be doing noon-hour supervision in the school divisions of Christ the Teacher Catholic, Good Spirit, North East, Prairie Spirit, Regina Catholic, both Saskatoon Public and Greater Saskatoon Catholic, South East Cornerstone, Living Sky and Light of Christ Catholic School Divisions. The STF says in a news release that by law, 48 hours’ notice is required but they want to provide extra time to allow families to be able to make arrangements.

Meanwhile today (Tues) and tomorrow, across the province, teachers aren’t participating in extracurricular activities.
Separately, for today only, there was no noon-hour supervision in the Chinook, Horizon, Northern Lights, Northwest, Prairie Spirit, Prairie Valley, Sun West, Saskatchewan Rivers and Prince Albert Catholic School Divisions.
