Update: As of 9:00 a.m. Monday the Saskatoon Police Service advises that their members are no longer present at the scene of the fire and neither is the Saskatoon Fire Department. Traffic restrictions in the 4000 Block Taylor Street have been lifted.

The Saskatoon Fire Department and Saskatoon Police Service are at the scene of a house fire in the 4000 Block of Taylor Street.

All occupants made it out safely. The Saskatoon Fire Department says when firefighters arrived there were flames visible through the roof. At 6:26 a.m. the roof of the garage collapsed.

Traffic restrictions will be in place this morning and drivers can expect to be diverted off Taylor Street between Boychuk and McKercher.

The Saskatoon Police ask the public to avoid the area.
