Snow plows and sanders continue to deal with the blowing snow that covered Saskatoon streets overnight Tuesday in addition to the six centimetres that has fallen throughout the day.
Snow clearing crews remain focused on Circle Drive and high priority streets while 16 sanders are dealing with busy intersections, bridge decks and overpasses at higher risk of being slippery.
The city expects 34 municipal and contract graders to be on the road by the early evening moving through Saskatoon’s busiest streets and neighbourhoods.
Crews should also start clearing sidewalks and pathways overnight.
