A 29 year old man from Black Lake in the province’s far north has been charged with second degree murder. Black Lake RCMP were alerted about an injured man at a home in the community on March 20th. Fifty-two-year-old Victor Robillard from Black Lake Denesuline First Nation was transported by EMS to hospital, where he was later declared dead.
