Steven Boucher says he kept saying, ‘This is a joke, right?’ He was sure his eyes were playing tricks on him.

Boucher says his one main plan is to pay off bills and buy a house.

Boucher picked up his winning SET FOR LIFE ticket at the Red Apple store located at 166 2nd Ave. West in Melville.
