Both the Prince Albert RCMP and the Prince Albert Police Service responded to a break and enter in progress around 1 Friday morning. Officers were told shots had been fired.

When officers arrived, the homeowner reported waking up to the sound of window breaking on the glass door to the home. The homeowner went to check it out and heard the sound of a firearm being discharged. There were no injuries from this incident. It’s not know who this individual or individuals are and there is no description available. Anyone with information is asked to call the police or submit a tip anonymously through Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
