Three men, two from Edmonton and one from Yorkton, have been arrested following a drug trafficking investigation by the Yorkton Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team.
At 2:30 p.m. on May 16th, officers executed search warrants at three residences in Yorkton. A man was arrested near one of the residences on Agriculture Avenue. At the same time, officers conducted a traffic stop on 7th Avenue South in Yorkton where two other men were arrested.
Officers located and seized 42 grams of cocaine, drug trafficking paraphernalia, bear spray, and a sum of cash at the scenes.
22-year-old Micheal Spearing from Edmonton, 43-year-old Kenneth Kulaway from Yorkton, and 20-year-old Farhan Ahmed Abdulkadir from Edmonton are each facing three to four charges each and appeared in Yorkton Provincial Court on May 21.
