A 25-year-old Saskatoon man is facing charges following a weapons investigation that happened overnight.
At 11:30 last night, officers saw two men behind the buildings in the 1500 block of 20th Street West. One man was driving a Jeep Cheroke, and the other was on foot holding a sawed-off rifle.
Both men fled when they saw the officers. The Jeep drove to the area of Avenue N South and 20th Street West, and a successful traffic stop was made.
