An 8-year-old Regina boy last seen on Thursday afternoon has been reported missing to police. The Regina Police Service says Kylin Allard-Burkart was last seen with his father, Dustin Allard. There is no evidence to believe the boy has come to harm, but police would like to locate him to ensure his safety. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police or submit an anonymous tip through Regina Crime Stoppers.
