Builder Brothers Construction pleaded guilty in Rosthern Provincial Court last month for being in violation of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. It was July 25th of 2022 at a job site near Hague when a worker was seriously injured when they fell to the ground after removing slings from a set of trusses. The company was fined a total of $25,000 for failing to ensure workers use a fall protection system if a worker could fall three metres or more, resulting in a serious injury.
