A 27 year old woman, wanted on a charge of Accessory After the Fact to Murder, has been arrested by Prince Albert RCMP. Kandi Rose Ratt was found in Christopher Lake. She was wanted in connection with the death of 28 year old Sheena Marie Billette, whose body was found north of La Ronge on Highway 102 on December 23rd. Ratt made her first court appearance today (mon) in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
Still at large is 25 year old Charlie Charles who is wanted for First Degree Murder, Forcible Confinement and Kidnapping. You can see his picture attached to this story at cjwwradio.com. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact La Ronge RCMP or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers. Police say he is missing his left index and left pinky fingers, which may still be bandaged. He is considered dangerous.
A total of five people have been charged in the case, including: 30 year old Deborah McKenzie, 24 year old Telsa McKenzie and 24 year old Sharise Sutherland-Kayseas, charged with First Degree Murder, Kidnapping and Forcible Confinement.
