Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan realized revenue of $585.6 million and expenses of $295 million.
Wednesday was the release of the inaugural annual report for Saskatchewan’s newest Crown Corporation which covered 10 months of operation from June 1st last year to March 31st this year.
Out of that LGS was able to make $114 million in payments to the General Revenue Fund, the dividend to the Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan was $135.8 million, Nearly 2,500 Charitable Gaming Grants were also paid out totaling $5.9 million.
A day earlier SIGA announced a year of record-breaking profit. The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority reported $346.6 million in gross revenue in 2023-24—an increase of $43 million from the previous fiscal year.
