The global IT outage that occurred early yesterday morning is still impacting Saskatoon’s Transit system, as well as certain phone lines.
The City says they have restored the incoming phone lines for Saskatoon Transit and Access Transit, as well as Mobile ticketing purchases in the Transit and TGo apps, however Real-time bus location updates on the Transit app are still not available, and neither are Service alerts for Saskatoon Transit detours and interruptions. Determined to be a separate issue, and not caused by the outage, Leisure Centres and Outdoor Pools incoming phones lines need to be restored, as well. A further update will be provided as systems are restored.
