Wednesday Loon Lake RCMP located and arrested Isaiah Alexander on Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation. Isaiah Alexander was wanted by Loon Lake RCMP for charges including aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

Isaiah Alexander appeared in Loon Lake Provincial Court Thursday. A warrant has been issued for his arrest in relation to a serious assault in Loon Lake.

Loon Lake RCMP received a report of a serious assault outside a business in Loon Lake shortly before 1:30 p.m. last Thursday afternoon (July 18/24). Upon arrival, officers found an adult male with serious injuries. Their investigation determined the suspect assaulted the victim with an edged weapon and then fled.
