The Western Hockey League pre-season schedule opens tomorrow with Medicine Hat at Lethbridge. The Saskatoon Blades start their exhibition slate on Wednesday in Prince Albert against the Raiders. Game time is 7 p.m. at the Art Hauser Centre. The Blue and Gold play a home pre-season game on Sunday against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Game time is 4 p.m. at SaskTel Centre with CJWW’s broadcast beginning at 3:45 p.m. Saskatoon opens their 61st regular-season as a franchise and the 59th W-H-L campaign on Friday, September 20th when they visit the Swift Current Broncos. CJWW’s broadcast starts at 6:45 p.m. and the play-by-play at 7 o’clock. The Blades’ regular-season home opener is on Saturday, September 21st against Swift Current.
