Three Regina boys were arrested today following a break and enter, one being just 11 years old.
Early this morning, police were dispatched to a business on the 400 block of Albert Street North for the report of a break and enter and theft.
Police learned that a group of youth were believed to be responsible, as it was reported they gained entry to the retail business, took items, and fled.
Police arrived at the scene an began to investigate. Meanwhile, other officers were attending to an unrelated call at a home on the 1200 block of Robinson Street. Those officers say a group of youth, matching the descriptions of the ones at the business, entered the home. They were found to be in possession of some the stolen merchandise.
At 1:30 a.m., three boys were arrested. The 11-year-old was transported home without charges, but the two other males, both aged 15, were charged with break and enter.
Both youths made their first appearance in court today, and the investigation continues.
