Craik RCMP say a two-vehicle collision on Highway #2 has forced the roadway to be restricted to one lane as investigators review the accident scene. The crash took place around 9:30 Tuesday morning approximately 1.5 kilometres south of the Holdfast turn off.

Two tractor trailer units collided and both semi drivers have been taken to hospital by EMS. Their injuries are described as non-life threatening. Motorists should expect delays in the area.

RCMP responded to the accident along with local fire and EMS. Motorists are advised to visit the Highway Hotline for updates on the status of the restrictions for northbound traffic.
